Jen Ledger brought a fresh spark to Skillet’s sound — not just as a hard-hitting drummer, but as a real front-line voice in the band’s modern era. Her playing mixes punch and precision, and her presence on stage helped shape Skillet’s live identity for an entire generation of fans.
Ledger was born in Coventry, England and joined Skillet in 2008 while still a teenager, stepping into a touring-and-recording machine and holding the job with confidence ever since. Over time she became more than “the drummer,” taking on a bigger role vocally and becoming one of the most recognized faces in the band. Outside of Skillet, she launched her solo project LEDGER, showing a heavier, more personal style that blends rock energy with faith-based themes.
Recent activity: Ledger continues touring heavily with Skillet, with the band listing a packed 2025–2026 schedule including major international dates. She also remains active with LEDGER-related content, including recent releases that keep the project visible between Skillet cycles.
